I'm a repeat buyer of the Bull BBQ line. I still have my original Bar B Q island that is roughly 15+ years old and still in great condition. I grill often for friends and family and wanted to upgrade to a new grill head as well as rehab my old Angus grill for a family member. Both Jorge and Julian Jr were very knowledgeable and happy to assist with this upgraded Angus Elite unit. They have a great Father's Day and San Diego Fair pricing going on now. Purchased not 1 but 2 of the Bull BBQ Locking Door Latch - 16547. While installing the first latch, the latch broke where you place the screw. It seemed like the diecast was not very sturdy and immediately broke in two when I began to screw in the screw. I contacted customer service through their email but received no correspondence. I was still in need of a replacement latch so I ordered again against my better judgement. That latch broke as well. I won't be ordering from this company again.
I bought a new set of rotisserie forks for a Bull Diablo grill that is at a house my daughter just purchased. The forks arrived but they don't fit on the rotisserie rod. They go on a little ways but then are too small for the rod. I paid for the product and shipping. I have been told that I now have to pay for shipping again since it is my fault the forks don't fit on the rod made by the same company. An all-around unpleasant experience and waste of my money making me pay return shipping for something that should work correctly.
Bought a spa and gazebo in therr Dr get it $20k total. Order was. Delivered by you and set up by you. Final electrical connections by me. After filling spa and getting it running, I called with a question because after heating the screen said “heating suspended” I simply called to see if this was normal. I was told to call service department and have them come out and if it was warranty the first service call was free. I told the person that I just wanted to ask this question. They repeated for me to call service. Next, one of the curtains on the gazebo has the zipper on the wrong side. I can flip it but then this curtain faces inward which is the opposite of the others. I asked if I can come in and get a replacement and was told to call service. I’m extremely disappointed in the post sale customer service. Bottom line, I spent $20k and I’ve called with two questions and have hung up extremely pissed off twice. I wish I did my homework and knew that your service was this poor before I spent the $20k. It was a great decision purchasing my bowl products from Carradine they were very helpful and explaining the operation of all my outdoor barbecue equipment and help me fix any problems I had at the end getting my pizza oven up and running thank you very much for all your help
Needed a new gas valve (part # 16524) for my 6 year old grill that I purchased at Lowe's. Original valve was having a problem starting the burner. Had plenty of spark but gas was not coming out pilot orfice. New gas valve worked perfectly. Shipment arrived on time and was well protected in the shipping box. Worked so well I bought 2 more valves. Another burner was starting to act up and another one to have as a spare.

We have been gradually upgrading our backyard over the last few years and decided a Spa would be the perfect addition to our backyard getaway. We purchased our Spa from Bull Grills & Spas. Julian was amazing and really helped us out. His pricing was not only competitive, but he is so knowledgeable and really goes above and beyond to ensure his customer is 100% satisfied with the purchase from start to end. Even after the Spa was installed both he and his team were always available to answer any questions. The showrooms have great selection and you can really take your time to see what Spa will best fit your needs. We were extremely satisfied with our purchase that we recommended Bull Grills & Spas to our daughter and she also purchased a Spa and Grill. If you are in the market for a new Spa or Grill, look no further because they really have the best variety.
Everything went perfectly from talking to frank, picking out the hot tub and having it delivered.
We checked a few locations online. This was the first place we stopped, due to the high rating that the business got. We were shown several different models and went with the Vita Luxe. It had everything we wanted in a spa, and the extras (plus free delivery) sealed the deal. The Spa was delivered as promised and the crew was very professional. They even helped me with my gate after it was done.

We purchased our first spa at the Del Mar Home Show. Our salesman was extremely knowledgeable about each product. There was no pressure in buying. He answered all our concerns and questions. The product is top notch and was delivered professionally and on time. Plus we got an educator discount!
The experience was pretty good. The only disappointment was the way the island was NOT wired. The island comes with a refrigerator and electric lights that must be plugged in. Why would it be delivered without a method to plug them in? I understand the liability of not wanting to be responsible for the wiring but I had to go out and buy my own box and outlet. Then I had to find a place to install it. The island should come ready to wire with an outlet properly mounted inside for refrigerator and electric grill lights.

We shopped around for a well built dependable BBQ island at the LA County Fair. We had seen a couple of vendors that we liked but after working with Carmelo Mata the search was over. Working with Carmelo we felt that he was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and quick to answer any question that wife and I had. We never looked back from that point forward and we were rewarded with excellent customer service and an island that we are very proud of. I would definitely recommend Bull and have them speak to Carmelo Mata!

Sales person was nice and knowledgeable. Spa was built and delivered within the promised time frame. I was unable to schedule a time for the representative to come to my house and explain the operations and chemical use for the spa. I work Monday through Friday, so having someone available on the weekend would be imperative. I would assume this would be standard practice for your company, but I was told this is not the case. So instead of someone coming from Bulls, I had to search online to learn the basic operations of the spa and chemical use.

Our family purchased our first SPA at the Del Mar Fair in San Diego on 6/1/19 and I can not thank our salesman Kris Collins for helping to guide us through the prep (spa pad/electrical specs) for the delivery, the coaching regarding the SPA startup and initial maintenance as well as his follow up! We had an incredible delivery team who managed to get our spa through a narrow side yard and placed perfectly followed by a quick installation of our Visscher gazebo (also purchased from Kris). It has now been 4 months since we first powered up our SPA 6/20/19 and I can honestly say Kris was spot on with re: to the family fun we would have relaxing in the SPA and once had it all dialed in the minimal work it has taken to self maintain and upkeep the SPA. My purchase was over the phone without visiting the store and Nicole's help made it possible. She sent me everything I needed to coordinate my island with my new hardscape.
The purchasing experience was great, but the installation was painful. The recommended electrician was a lot more expensive. The heater in the spa didn't work. It took a lot longer than agreed at the time of sale.
We had been shopping for 2 years and came back to Carddine as they could not be beat!

We are very happy with our new Bull BBQ grill. We decided on the "Steer" model which was an excellent choice for us. We have a smaller house and the size of our new grill accommodates us just fine. Like anything else "new," it took some getting "used to," but that was only because of our new grill's efficiency compaired to our old one. So far excellent customer. Island was delivered on time as promised and everything worked to specs. Only negative, I wish the refrigerator fit naturally into its space. Draws are not as spacious considering BBq equipment.

Beautiful product. Our umbrella was missing during delivery and was backordered. Even though it took a long time, we finally got a new umbrella that was better than the original. We are very happy with customer service response and friendliness.

We are very happy with the custom built fire pit that Sal and Carmelo helped us to design and build. Even though there was a slight error written on our contract that Sal made inadvertently, Carmelo graciously corrected the error after our fire pit counter was already built. The finished fire pit counter is a stunning visual centerpiece for our recently completed backyard living space. It has received many compliments.
Bull did an unbelievable job. There were some issues with installation and they had service people back at our house almost immediately who worked until the problem was fixed. Fantastic service and support of the product.

The spa I purchased is awesome! Salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. I had my old spa picked up and then a couple of months later, the new one delivered. Delivery people were on time and did a good job setting up the spa. They were very clean, picking up all their waste and taking it with them. The rep that came out for the orientation was fairly knowledgeable. Gave me the info I needed to run the spa. Overall a good buying experience.

This our second Bull bbq island. Our first one lasted 25 years. We have been impressed with the product and have recommended them to family and friends who have also purchased islands.
We went to the Del Mar fair and were impressed with your products. We had a custom area in our back yard that we wanted to install a island and grill. We were assured that it could be made. The first measurements were wrong and when the island was delivered it did not fit. The delivery crew was awesome. They look photos and said that it would be fixed. The second time it fit perfectly. We purchased the island and grill on June 28th and it was delivered Nov 9th. I dealt with Ramon the entire time and we as very helpful and provided me with regular communication. It took a long time to be made and delivered, but we are very happy with the final product.

The purchase was easy given we wanted the spa. It was nice that they delivered our spa twice since we were not ready. However, once set up, we were not given any type of tutorial. It was like, here is your manual (which we had to find) and you are on your own.

Sales person was kind of condescending when explaining how to do weekly maintenance. A handout would have been helpful. We were also under the impression, based on what our salesperson told us, that the delivery crew would be able to hookup the Spa to the newly installed 240V we had put in. That was not at all the case!
From our amazing sweet sales lady at the fair, to the constant updates and communication about our delivery and finally for the great delivery crew and crane operator, I am beyond happy with my purchase. I swim at home and LOVE being able to get back in shape at home. It is SO easy to manage and I am beyond pleased. Thank you!

Had a bit of difficulty having service return a couple calls I made regarding the spa overheating and a side panel issue. But when Jorge encouraged them to call me, they did immediately. And all the delivery guys and service techs have been awesome.
Everything met our expectations, from the selection of our BBQ, confirmation of the order and delivery and set up.

The delivery men made certain it was the correct size and all components were as they were supposed to be.

In home spa orientation was a must in order to understand the operation of the controls and how to service the water chemistry. The instructions that came with the spa were completely inadequate. I don't recall name of the person who gave me the orientation (Thomas?) but he did an outstanding job.
Both the Hot Tub and the grill selection/variety allowed for us to choose something really nice that fit our budget.
initially we were very pleased with the service. even when the product was delivered damaged, the delivery person stated they would be able to fix with no problem. he contacted me a week or so later, stated he had the replacement piece and made arrangements to come out. after attempting a repair, the corner tile was crooked and uneven. after it dried I could relaly tell how misaligned the piece was. I called the team member to ask about it. he didn't answer, I left a msg and set pictures. no response. I called again a few days later, no response. I waited a few days, contacted the company, NO RESPONSE. not at all happy with the negative follow up
Knowledgeable & Honest
I bought the jacuzzi to replace an old one. When using all features of the jacuzzi jets and lights, the jacuzzi trips either the GFI or the regular power. We have the required power and do not understand why this occurs. Have left message with store looking for help. Other than that, we love it but want to use all of it!

I have bought 2 kitchen islands in 3 years and 1 hot tub.
Process was very smooth from beginning to end. Easy to work with everyone and they communicated well. Only feedback was with the sound system that came with the BBQ island. Was told that it would be bluetooth, when in fact it is not. Not sure if this can be corrected now that the system is installed.
Everything was great until we had a small issue. The spa was delivered with a broken buckle and what appeared to be a missing pillow. We were treated very poorly like we did not know what we were talking about and spoke to us like we were idiots. Poor customer relations when we just bought a new spa from them. Then we had to pay for the postage for the broken buckle because they did not add enough postage. Disappointing.

My only issue is that my large BBQ island was delivered and the granite top was very, very dirty. There was some residue on it that was not cleaned off. I called to ask about it and was casually told granite cleaner works. Well, it doesn't work that well and for a $10,000 BBQ I would expect more.

We purchased our spa at the fair. Carol was friendly and professional. The delivery crew was very friendly and were mindful of obstacles in the way as they brought the spa in and set it up. They really had to plan how to get it into place to avoid damage and did an excellent job. After I got it wired up Tomas came out and did an orientation with us and answered many questions as this is our first spa. A positive experience all the way around with this company.
The installation team cut the hole for the sink too large and in the wrong location. They said they would run an electrical line for a fan down the back, but failed to do so.
We purchased at the Del Mar Fair. Salesman was excellent. We are extremely disappointed in the follow up. Although my husband had more than one contact with your service department to inquired into what electrical set-up needed to be ready, he was not given even the basic information of breaker needed and number of wires. This lead to an addition $300 expense to have an electrician come out and reconfigure our current set-up into the correct format on the day of delivery before spa was delivered. This was a stressful and expensive cost that did not need to happen.

We really enjoyed this purchase experience. Keith was very knowledgeable and friendly. We didn't feel that high pressure sales push that you feel at most places. We had a couple delivery glitches, but Armando on the delivery team was awesome and made sure everything was taken care of for us.
Scott was an exceptional young man. The head office experience was ok.. but I was disappointed that the cover was not the color I had ordered ! And when I questioned I was then told after delivery, the color I ordered was not available..? Every other issue was covered professionally... Because of design of my patio, the current color does not enhance my patio

I purchased from the fair and not the showroom. They honored the price even though it took me over two years to pay for the spa. The install was a little hairy, but they responded quickly and immediately to my concerns. The spa itself is amazing and I would buy it again.

I'm extremely disappointed on the failure of Carddines Spa of meeting it's sales commitments. I've was told that I would receive the instruction manual and all supporting documentation of the purchased spa to include the warranty information. I've requested the information several times and was promised by both the sales person and the Company Manager that I would receive the information and still have not receive it. I was given the wrong electrical information to install the spa requiring me to have my electrician return twice to install the proper amperage circuit breaker. Extremely disappointed. Manager Carmelo at the main office has not lived up to his commitment to provide me with the requested information on 3 different attempts.
The Sales Rep was very helpful and gave me a discount and an upgrade on the BBQ and Island. The delivery was easy and the movers showed me how to operate clean the BBQ. All and all very satisfied. Looking forward to Summer BBQ'n!

This was by far the largest purchase I made for my backyard. On top of that even though I've used hot tubs, I've never owned one myself. So I had some apprehension to say the least but it turned out to be a great purchase! I knew I wanted to get the best deal and, after looking around, Carddine had a floor model that my family and I fell in love with. The jets themselves are very powerful. It has a waterfall you can turn off and LED lights with various color schemes. There are two things I would strongly recommend and that's writing any questions you might have before they deliver your Spa, and the second thing is make sure you check out their site for coupons or specials they might have going on that month.

I recently purchased a spa from Carddine, I have never had such fantastic customer service!!! from start to finish!. Nichole was my salesperson who guided me seamlessly through my huge purchase and gave me an incredible deal so I was able to afford my payments.They also picked up my spa, cleaned everything up and gave me a week to prep my concrete for the new spa, (that's unheard of!) Upon delivery I realized I made huge mistake and chose the wrong color!!!! Very disappointing but totally my error. The delivery guys, Fili, Thomas, and Salud graciously wrapped it up and took it back to the warehouse, thanks to the wonderful manager that okayed it (Julian). I couldn't be happier!
We bought a floor model BBQ island from these guys and couldn't be happier. Nicole, the sales women, was not pushy and was constantly available to answer our questions via phone or text. Then, the delivery guys were great! I want to say the main guy was Fili? He was super helpful and patient with us as it was difficult to fit the island into our backyard. He even sent a part in the mail that he noticed was missing. We are really pleased with the service, the price and the product... Seriously!

Building a new patio and Carddine in San Diego came highly recommended by two friends. Julian was very knowledgeable about the Bull grills and helped us select the right grill for our backyard. The grill and all the accessories were available with no lead time for delivery.
We just had our beautiful BBQ island delivered. We loved the ability to make as many custom changes to our BBQ. We added a Stainless Cooler. We used a kegarator instead of the fridge. We also added a fire pit and a huge umbrella. It seats 6 comfortably. It all turned out perfect. The staff were awesome and friendly. We have been back many time for additional accessories. We are looking forward to pool parties and using our new BBQ.
I purchased a new spa and as a floor model it was discounted so the price was very reasonable. It was delivered the same week and the delivery guys did a great job in hauling my old spa away and setting up my new one. I am very happy with the spa and would recommend this company for product delivery and follow on purchase of spa products
We purchased Bull brand components (angus grill, door/drawer combo, etc.) for our outdoor kitchen as well as swivel bar stools and chairs for our patio from Carddine. Their salesperson, Nicole, was very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us with our order. We had a couple of problems with our chairs (one was wobbly and the barstools were the wrong height). Nicole took care of ordering replacement items immediately and they were delivered very quickly with no problems. We absolutely love both the Bull products and patio furniture ordered from Carddine as everything seems to be of very high quality and looks great. I would definitely shop at Carddine again for our outdoor kitchen and patio needs.
Carddine is an excellent place to buy a spa or BBQ. The staff are great and the products are top quality. I was especially impressed with the service and delivery people. The delivery seemed like it would be very difficult because of the fence and tight squeeze by the air conditioner and I was nervous because I had heard lots of horror stories about scratched spas and damage to houses during delivery. The guys from Carddine were SUPER careful and took their time to make sure that the spa and house were safe from damage the whole time. GREAT JOB! I spoke to a few spa dealers and I would highly recommend Carddine for your spa and BBQ purchase.

I just received my BBQ island/outdoor kitchen from Bull BBQS & Carddine Spas. I had seen them (and other manufacturers) at a home show recently. I selected Carddine because I heard of their rep and Bull's Consumer Reports rating. I'm so glad I chose them and couldn't be happier! Everything about the experience was truly exceptional. They scheduled a rep to for a site inspection to make sure the one I wanted would fit under my gazebo and he brought sample materials to color match my house and landscaping. They did a beautiful job customizing it to exactly what I (and my wife) wanted. Everything is even better than I expected. They delivered it right on schedule. Due to the size and the awkward position my gas, water, electric, and drains pipes were at it took some maneuvering but we got it exactly where I wanted it. The delivery people were patient and professional. From the grill to the MP3 player/FM Radio to the fridge, everything looks and works great. We have a lot of BBQ's / events in our yard and this will certainly be the focal point of activity. I'd have to say, for anyone looking for the ultimate BBQ, you want to choose the best, and that's what they deliver!
Buying a Swim Spa is the best purchase I have EVER made! Arthritis on a knee had prevented me from walking or doing any aerobic exercise. After visiting the doctor, I knew that I did not want shots nor surgery. Having a nephew who is an orthopedic surgeon and that swimming helped his daughter with arthritis, I decided to "bite the bullet" and buy a heated swim spa. Started swimming in the warm water every day for 30 min. or more. Immediately started to see the results. Within weeks, could walk normally. Anyone with arthritis should buy a swim spa and exercise in the warm water on a regular basis!!! I will testify to that... As an PLUS: Carddine Spa & BBQ's in San Marcos have given me the best personalized service. They take their time in answering my questions. Very happy bought it from them... and... my grandchildren love the warm pool!

We just purchased an Angus grill and BGE and several accessories. We were really happy with mike who worked with us and our contractor to get us the best deals. Staff seemed very knowledgeable on the products they carry. I shopped around and felt that the products offered were a great deal for the money. The delivery was outstanding. They called in advance and said they would be there at noon and they drove up at 12:00 on the dot. They delivered, I signed, and I left back to work.
Best experience ever!! We bought an island with a fridge and from the beginning to the end they made sure we got exactly what we wanted. They showed us all the different options, from the size, color, tile, warranty and maintenance information which was very helpful. When the island was delivered the guys were very helpful. They asked us to point to the exact location and made sure we were happy before they left. I would definitely recommend them, the variety is amaizing and he delivery guys are professional.

We purchased and got our hot tub about 2 weeks ago. The delivery went smooth very straightforward and didn't take long at all. Everything came on and worked as it should and we have been using it constantly ever since. Our kids love it and we couldn't be happier.It looks great in our backyard. We have had our maaxSpa for a few weeks now and we LOVE it! We had a problem with the pump when we first got it but I called carddine and they sent us a new one with no hassle. It has worked great ever since. My husband said we would never be without one now.
The swim spa is beautiful but I still have not received the product manual. I have requested the manual 4 times now. The delivery crew was pleasant and professional but gave bad information about chemicals and maintenance which was hopefully corrected for us by the orientation we received 2 weeks after delivery. We cannot be sure because we do not have a MANUAL!!!

Their competitive prices plus the integrity of their sales staff are important to me, and influenced my decision to purchase. I'll try them first the next time I am in the market for an outdoor purchase.

We purchased our spa from Duane in San Diego, and he gave us a great deal on a Prestige spa. Our spa was promptly and professionally delivered by Fili, Tomas, and Armando from the Escondido site. The delivery and setup was perfect, and the guys were friendly and helpful in every way. Once our electricity was ready, Efren immediately came out and explained exactly how to operate our controls and how to maintain clear, clean water. After reading so many confusing websites, Efren clarified everything regarding chemical balance of the water, how to care for the spa and cover, and required maintenance schedules. We are so very happy that we went with such a professional and hospitable company! Service from these guys is second to none! Carddine has earned our respect and trust. Thanks, guys!
