Everything was great until the follow-up call. I expressed my concerns with the tub & was told sales person would call me. I also stopped into the store but have yet to get a call.

Very easy to work with, transaction went smooth and fast. Delivery crew was great, they were very careful and also explained to us the chemicals and how to use them.
Kayla and the team at Combined have been wonderful to work with through this process. Though not her usually duties at Combined, Kayla stepped in and walked with us through the entire sales process like a pro. She followed up before and after delivery and has been wonderful in assisting us as we balance out or water chemicals. This was a large purchase for our family and I felt at ease through the entire process. I highly recommend Kayla, Liz and the team at Combined to be there every step of the way.
I was disappointed that I wasn't made aware of multiple delays in our hot tub arriving in SF prior to it being delivered. I had to reach out several times to figure out what was going on.
Liz was very personable and patient with us, especially with all the questions that we initially had. Delivery crew did a great job and were very professional.

We had a leaky tub, they tried 2 times to repair it. They decide to install a new tub, we have been enjoying it daily. The staff all the way around were extremely kind and easy to work with. We have bought several items from Combined Pool and Spa and always satisfied.
I am out of town. It would actually be helpful if someone were to come to the house and go over the care testing and chemicals so it is not so overwhelming. The installer was very knowledgeable but without water in the tub or help or direction with testing of chemicals it is a bit overwhelming. Just saying that for the person that doesn't know anything about tubs that having a service call to get you started might be helpful and beneficial if it was offered and a nice customer service touch.

We ordered a spa at the time where there had been delays in production due to Covid. I fully understood this when I ordered and we were not in a rush. We were initially told March/April for arrival. March and April came and went and no communication. I called at the end of April and was then told end of May. We were in no hurry so that was fine. End of May came and went and no communication. In mid June I called again and was told end of June with July delivery. Again, we were not in a hurry so that was not the issue but from the time I ordered I never received one call, text or email regarding the progress or change in arrival dates. I should not have been the one to have to call and repeatedly check on it as I am sure someone was being notified of the delays. We otherwise are enjoying the spa and was it arrived the delivery process was easy.
Everything went very smoothly. Billy and delivery crew were very knowledgeable and able to answer lots of questions. Billy always responds to us in a timely matter. r
Patrick- Always returned my call in a timely manner and made sure he kept me updated on progress. Brendan was fantastic. He showed he cared that I understood how to care for the pool and followed up with me.

I rated everything very high b/c was very happy with service and product but would have liked to have had someone go over the hot tub information....chemicals, the different features from my old hot tub, explained that a water test was going to be done. I felt like the hot tub was dropped off and we were left to just figure it out on our own.
Instructions for wiring was very vauge and the it was hard to make the connections with the supplied connectors.
Billy was absolutely awesome to work with. He has continued to answer any question that I have on my new hot tub. I will be recommending him to anyone else looking for a hot tub.
Communication was limited. We received no greeting when we entered the store, and finally had to ask to talk to a salesperson. Even after placing our order communication was lacking.

Called service to investigate ball bearings laying on bottom of tub and loud jet pump. Was told there were no parts available. I found them online and fixed it myself. Nothing was done about the loud pump. Service manager was not very courteous!
Good experience with your company. Covid made it take a long time for us to receive our hot tub, but that was out of your control.
overall satisfied - love the hot tub... did not really care for the timeliness.. is was way late, but I guess Covid slowed that.. I did not get one chemical that I as suppose to get so had to go buy that local -made a call and never got a return call on it. and still no call on it ( months later) .and still waiting for the Freeflow Cover Lift, no call or word on that for an update and that was part of the sale.. was told Spring on that - will see how that goes, but that is yet to come the salesman (Troy) very friendly, and the crew who delivered were timely and very friendly as well.. just kind of upset on the delay on getting it - purchased in July did not get til Nov (was told within a month max is why I purchased out of town to begin with Watertown was way behind as well so when told 1 month - jumped on it) - and still no cover lift and no return call on the chemical that was missing...
This is the second hot tub I have purchased from them. Nothing but great service, and great products. I have been sending my friends and family and the customers I build homes for, to them for all most 20Years. I will keep doing so. Thanks Combined Pool and Spa for everything you have done for me. Everything was great except while installing there was a hole in the bottom either before or during installation. We bought a floor model and did not see it when purchased but it was fixed so am very happy with our purchase.
We had trouble starting it up--The next day a really nice helpful service guy had us up and running. Great service and helpful with questions. We were missing a frog, had it the next morning. Thumbs up!!!

What our salesman told us we were getting and what was delivered was a huge disappointment. Lift was wrong, numerous missing pieces, backordered products that we eventually just canceled. It took me going to the store and talking to someone to fix all problems.

After many calls and stops into the store to check on my prepaid order of a new spa cover I had ordered 14 mos prior, I finally got Billy Solberg. He was the only one that got back to me and did some investigating on the missing order. He stayed in contact with me until it was resolved and made an unhappy customer very happy again. Customer Service after the sale is the biggest difference that can impact a customer's experience between you and a competitors business.. Billy made that difference and he was the only person that followed thru to get me answers to the missing spa cover.

Order took about 3-4 weeks longer to get to us.
I was a little disappointed in the the time it took for my hot tub to come in and then having to switch to a different tub. I also ended up not getting blue tooth in the one I switched to, which was supposed to be standard in the tub I purchased. I had to have someone come out the day after delivery because of pieces that were coming off around the jets. I now have more pieces that have come off. I feel like for the amount of money I spent on this tub, these problems shouldn't be happening.

Billy was great at explaining the setup and what I needed to do before the spa was delivered. When I stopped in the store with a couple of questions other sales people were very helpful even though they didn't make the sale with me. Great store and great experience. I would recommend them to my friends.
Top to bottom service the deliver crew brought out the tub on an extreme hot day and installed it only to find out it was the wrong tub. They called thier manager in delivery and they said keep this tub and we will make it right. 3 days later they bring the right tub and even got my youngest son involved on the install counting to 3 before they moved the tib and hosing off there shoes. I could not have more happier with the delivery warehouses department they represent what every customer experience should be. Thanks guys
Had to call 3 times to make sure of my delivery time. Never called to confirm delivery. I had to call up to the last day to make sure of the date & time so I could be home when they came.

When delivered, the side of our hot tub, on one of the panels was cracked and we have to wait 6+ weeks to have that fixed. And the hot tub was not able to hold a 220 amp or voltage, like we were first initially told, therefore slowing our hot tub down and eliminating good quality and efficiency that we wanted and asked for. Our speakers are not as we had expected. For $800 Bluetooth and speakers, we expected some decent speakers. However, they are do not seem as good as quality as we expected (CONSIDERING THE PRICE!!).

Our recent experience buying our new hot tub from Combined Pool & Spa completely changed our expectations. Many times when you deal with sales of pools & spas the people are great until you've paid your bill. Jeff & Jacque did an excellent job listening to what we were looking for & helped us choose the Caldera 5 person tub. But that was not the end of it. Jacque followed up with phone calls to coordinate the sale to delivery hand-off. Caitlyn did an awesome job coordinating the delivery and actually arranged for it to be delivered before it was initially promised. The Levi & Tyler called first and then delivered and set up the hot tub smoothly & efficiently. They asked us about where & how we wanted it set up & they were very respectful of our property when they moved it. And finally they did an excellent job explaining to us how to operate the system. Then they took a water sample back to the store and emailed me instructions for how to treat the water so it was perfect. We enjoyed our first evening in the hot tub last night and we were thrilled with the product and the outstanding customer service. I was told the delivery was going to be between 12:30 and 1:00 I had not heard anything so called and they thought maybe they would wait until the next day cause they got delayed. They did come after I insisted but a phone call would of been nice as I had to take off work to be home and then they didn't show until after 5

Buying a spa was easy and enjoyable. We bought a small one first and then realized we wanted a bigger one. We thought we would call to see if we could exchange. They said no problem! We went in and picked out a new one with the help of the sales manager. She pulled some strings and got it delivered within a day! We are so happy with our spa and use it almost daily.

I was very impressed with the delivery crew. We've been in the store multiple times and that is impressive as well. I rated fulfillment of commitment as 4 because the speaker system on the tub is lack luster and we weren't told that the sub woofer was on backorder. Also, install people should really set that up electronically on the tub. The owner shouldn't have to follow the direction to enable it.
I wrote a review indicating earlier that we were disappointed in the initial response to our concern about the hot tub leaking. Well, I am grateful to say that after a couple of weeks, they did send a service man out to take a look at our hot tub and it was immediately fixed. At this time we are quite satisfied with our purchase. Thank you!

Becca was professional and very knowledgeable as well. I was so impressed that although I bought a used tub, I was treated the same way as customer who spent three times the money I did! You value all your customers!
We were promised a checklist for chemical mixture to be sent to us and that still has not happened, even after I called back to the store to again request the info. The person I talked to didn't seem very sure about what he was telling me about the chemicals. I was very disappointed and never have gotten a follow up call from our sales person checking if we've had issues or checking on us. However, we love our spa and we are very happy with the product itself. We've just had to figure out all the chemicals ourselves.

Perfect size and shape for our sunroom. We are using no chemicals. ...................... The water should be 105 degrees Need a shut off valve to empty water out of tub from the spiget on the bottom.

Jacque was wonderful to work with and could answer all our questions. Unfortunately, the wrong hot tub was delivered initially but this was changed out without a problem. Then the correct new hot tub was delivered and a back flow valve caused it to leak. I called and the service rep said the it could be repaired "within a couple weeks". This was unsatisfactory for the new installation. The service guy showed up within 3-4 days though and got things working. Would have been nice if we knew he was coming. All in all, we love our hot tub now that it is in place and working properly.

I recently purchased a spa from Combined Pool and Spa. The salesperson Renee was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge about the products. She even came out to show me how to use and maintain it once I had it in operation. I had a couple service issues and the service department came out promptly and took care of it.

This is my 3rd hot tub and can assure you not all company's are the same. From start to finish everyone at Combined went far above and beyond to make this a gratifying purchase. The delivery guys were so polite and great at explaining how everything worked. The owner - Jeff even helped in picking out the Tub. He listened to what was important to each one of us and made sure that was the tub we received. From the ease of the use of the cover for my wife to the stereo for my daughter. It started out good, but didn't finish well. The delivery guys broke a number of things, set up wasn't done right and the tub was scratched. It took 3 additional trips to get the install finished right, plus I had to do some repairs to our house myself. All-in-all, rather unprofessional for the last half.

was to be delivered on monday and called and said put a fork through ours and need to get us different one. not a good thing to hear and was concerned about getting the correct one and that it was new and not fixed. was also offered a different tub but the one offered was a cheaper model.

We came into the store to learn about hot tubs. We purchased a hot tub from Jackie who told us that once we had it hooked up and heated, Brian would come out and show us how it worked and how to do all the chemicals. When we called to have him come out he stated that he usually does not come this far out from sioux falls and that there would be a service call charge to have him come out. He gave instructions over the phone. We now are having issues with the water being green. We felt we were promised to get this help during our sale but then they did not fulfill this promise.

delivery was 1 week late from original agreed date. Had to waste a vacation day to have everything ready for delivery for nothing. Hot tub was delivered and was told that the step would have to be replaced because it was cracked. Also noticed a large chip out of the wood at the bottom of the tub from the installation. I was handed the owners manual to figure out how everything works. I AM NOT IMPRESSED!
