Great hot tub! Finally replaced are 20+ year old hot tub with a new model. Home Environments has serviced that old tub over all those years, and the original quality and service brought us back to them when we finally needed to replace it. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Everyone was very responsive. Kyle came out to our house 4 or 5 times to make sure everything would work the first time.
The only constructive comment I can think of is maybe a follow up call would be appreciated so any issues or questions are addressed to avoid frustration. Otherwise all good for now.

I needed a new tub, and they had a sale.
I found the people at . Home Environments to be pleasant and informative. Further, I am enjoying the sauna I purchased a great deal. The workmanship is impreessive. With the above stated, communication was seriously flawed. My phone call was not always returned when promised and I ultimately had to follow up again to collect the needed information. Further the delivery date was well over 30 days later than when originally promised. I understand that this may have been the fault of the manufacxturer. However, the communication should be trustworthy.

We are on our second hot tub from Home Environments. We loved the first one for 15 years until we sold it with our house. Exceptional quality and service brought us back and we haven't been disappointed.

We loved our hot tub and automatic gazebo/ cover. Unfortunately we sold that home.. and the new owners I'm sure are still enjoying it!
Had them build a deck(has to be completely replaced 13yrs later), got a maax spa from them. Love the tub-though they delivered the wrong one, follow ul is poor,never sent the right replacement jet i needed,never fixed the waterfall feature. Didn't advice us of certain needed items. Although we love the tub, we can't recommend home environments to others.
We were in the market for a spa, but ended up getting an outdoor fireplace as well. Everything was in place very quickly and I was always treated with friendliness and respect. I will definitely use them when we expand for our gazebo and I highly recommend the people and the quality of work!

Their store was the best I've seen bar none. People were friendly and very professional helping me find the perfect hot tub for my wife. And the installers were fast and clean as well. I can't recommend them enough!!!
