Scott and his crew were extremely professional, took the time to get to know us and what are needs and wants were, and was very patient with us as we shopped around. Scott always remembered us by name when we came back through the door. He honored everything he said he would do from day one and Montana Hotsprings continues to exceed my expectations of what costumer service is.
