Cody was amazing from explaining the product with us and my family to being patient and understanding waiting for us to have our house built. Communication was always prompt and courteous. We would highly recommend him plus the hot tub is actually better than we expected. Love it!!!!

Cody was very knowledgeable of all of the hot tub lines they carried. He asked great questions find out what our needs were and guided us to spas that had the features we liked.
Our experience dealing with MT Hot Spring Spas was fantastic! We already dealt with the store and staff with our previous used tub, and purchasing a new tub through them was nothing but stellar! Such a great and friendly staff from the minute we walked in to the time the delivery & setup crew left. If you're looking for a hot tub to relax and take the days stress away or get the day started the right, these are the folks to deal with. They made the buying experience a fun time and we thoroughly enjoy our new salt water tub!
From the time I stepped in the store Cody Tucker was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns. It didn't take me long to pick the hot tub we wanted. The whole process from start to finish was very stress free! The installation crew were awesome; very friendly and professional considering where they had to install the tub. It wasn't the easiest location to get to, but they handled it without a hitch. We've been enjoying the tub ever since and are very happy with it's performance. There's nothing like getting into 104 degree water on a 20-30 degree day after moving snow all day! Very, very relaxing!!
