When we purchased our home it came with an older Caldera Spa. When it came time to replace it, Cody, Sam, and Scott were very helpful getting us into a new Caldera Florence. We can’t wait to enjoy it for years to come
We are return customers so the process was familiar to us. The store owner worked with us to make sure all our needs were met. We had a discrepancy on the delivery date, but that was easily rectified. We have been using the hot tub for a month now. We have no regrets. Just trying to become familiar with the routine of owning a hot tub and maintaining the water levels. The store also worked with our electrician and the process was smooth and efficient.

I love my tub! New salt system is so easy to use- new tub jets are fabulous especially lounger with jets added to legs & hands. Montana Hot Springs store in Billings has BEST customer service.
Wow! Once again Melissa and Kevin came to the rescue! First drain, clean, & refill. I overlooked a step & panicked! After calling Melissa and then trouble shooting with Kevin-we were back in business with no issues. You are the BEST! We purchased a Caldera Reunion hot tub from Cody at MT Hot Springs in Billings, MT. He has always been excellent to deal with over the years. He answered all of my questions and told me about all of the features of various tubs. The delivery staff was fantastic too. Sam took the time to explain the saltwater IQ system we had added on. I’m so happy we did. It takes the guesswork out of what I need to do to balance my water. Lastly, we purchased our first hot tub, a Caldera, 18 years ago from MT Hot Springs. This time I went with the salt water and I absolutely love it. My skin is so soft when I get out of the tub and I don’t have to put in all of the chemicals like I did previously. Thank you to Cody, Sam, Mark and the staff at MT HotSprings for always being helpful and friendly to deal with.
When we first walked into MT Hot Spring Spas we felt like we were in the right place to get all of our questions answered. Cody knew everything, including the yearly operating & maintenance costs. They even knew stats on other hot tub brands that helped make our decision easier. The show room was impeccable- they even had towels available after testing out the spas. Just top notch service all around.

The people in this store are amazing!! Cody helped me through the ins & outs of owning a hot tub, he explained and showed me several different models to find the one just right for our needs!! The customer service in this store is excellent, everyone is very knowledgeable on any question you have about your spa!! If you have any doubts, DON'T!
