Our experience dealing with MT Hot Spring Spas was fantastic! We already dealt with the store and staff with our previous used tub, and purchasing a new tub through them was nothing but stellar! Such a great and friendly staff from the minute we walked in to the time the delivery & setup crew left. If you're looking for a hot tub to relax and take the days stress away or get the day started the right, these are the folks to deal with. They made the buying experience a fun time and we thoroughly enjoy our new salt water tub!

From the time I stepped in the store Cody Tucker was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns. It didn't take me long to pick the hot tub we wanted. The whole process from start to finish was very stress free! The installation crew were awesome; very friendly and professional considering where they had to install the tub. It wasn't the easiest location to get to, but they handled it without a hitch. We've been enjoying the tub ever since and are very happy with it's performance. There's nothing like getting into 104 degree water on a 20-30 degree day after moving snow all day! Very, very relaxing!!

Professional, courteous and friendly service from very knowledgeable staff. Product was ordered and received when promised. Picked up and transported the sauna ourselves. External packaging was intact and showed no visible damage. The sauna has not yet been unpacked and installed, so can't comment on that further. Overall, a great experience so far.
We were very impressed with Cody and Sam. We were looking for a good used hot tub to replace our older one that had multiple leaks. Sam and his crew did a great job with the delivery and set up and showing us all the features of our new tub! Would highly recommend MT Hotspring Spas!

We order the salt water system & it was not put in-- instead we got the silver ion. Will have to drain & fix it.
