Ricardo was the most helpful person with the hot tub. He showed me a lot about the hot tub that I was unaware of and made sure I understood how to maintain the water and cleanliness of the tub. He was so nice and helpful— thank you!

We had a leak in our jacuzzi, after doing some research I found Hot Tub Central. They had great reviews and I couldn't be happier with the service. Dakota came out and had the leak diagnosed and fixed within 10 minutes. Highly recommend!!

To start Liz was wonderful. Easy sales environment where I actually talked myself up a level and spent more money. Overall sales experience was great. The delivery is where you've lost my business for good. Steve is clearly not very good at his job. He's not the most personable, so you'd think that means he must be good at his job. Unfortunately no. When we worked out the delivery date I explained that I had an electrician on site and I just needed a time window to give them. I was given 11am to 3pm. The delivery showed up 2 hours late and all Steve has to talk about is how busy he is. I'm glad his busy cost me overtime for my electrician. Finally the delivery guys show up. There was only 2 of them and without my electricians they wouldn't have been able to get the tub in place. at several points my electricians had to assist them. Then to top it off (pun for a little levity) they brought the wrong cover. This disaster took almost a week to resolve. After attempting Steve who was more concerned about how busy he was still, didn't even know I didn't have my cover. Well he never called back anyway. I called the store on Saturday, then left a message on Sunday. Finally on Monday I get a call back from the Manager Miles who doesn't even want to hear about my experience. Just said we'll be there tomorrow. His words "don't worry we have a long time to make this up to you". Tuesday comes and no cover delivery, no call, and finally a call back around 7:30pm. Again no great concern or apology, just "I scheduled it I'll have to figure out what happened." Then it's finally scheduled for today. I get a call asking at 10am if it can come tomorrow because... again... the same excuse, we're very busy. I'm so happy to hear that all of the other customers get what they want on time while I wait almost a week for my order to be fulfilled correctly. It doesn't feel great to spend that kind of money, have something go wrong, and feel like the least important customer. I should've followed my instinct and held final payment until the delivery was complete. Then I'm sure the cover would've arrived the next morning. You certainly had no problem cashing the check before the job was done. At the end of the day I'm done doing any further business with you. There is no "long time" to make this up to me, and frankly I don't care to have it made up. You should just know how you made a customer who spent almost $14,000 with you feel. I do this for a living myself, I understand that mistakes happen. The miss here is that when they do a little care, concern, and action can save a relationship. regards, Dennis
