Their knowledge of everything you would need to know prior to a purchase was top notch! Bobs is extremely courteous from our visit to phone calls, to the delivery and installation! The quality vs others Hot tubs is impressive and lasting! Impression of Delivery Crew: to receive the professionalism, kindness, and overall knowledge or information provided was comforting to be proud owners of a Bob's Hot Tub! Mike was extremely personal and knowledgeable and kind and his communications. Jeff made us feel NOT LIKE Buying a car from a pushy car salesman...but knowledgeable and personable!!! Final impression that we can ALWAYS count on this business for any questions, problems, or concerns....they just dont sell a Hot Tub and leave you high and dry...we are extremely HAPPY! We recently purchased a Vita Spa Grand from Bob’s. I’m not one to typically leave reviews, unless I’m very disappointed or really impressed. Fortunately, in this case I am really impressed. The spa is beautiful and we’re in it every night. It’s functioning flawlessly and we are beyond pleased with our purchase. In addition, Mike and the delivery team showed us that customer service is not a thing of the past! From the moment they arrived, every member of the team was polite and obviously there to serve us in every way. We interacted with them through every step of the process and they answered all our questions. Mike was outstanding! He was patient in showing us how to care for our spa and was friendly and forthright. He took all the time with us that we needed. I highly recommend Vita Spa and Bob’s Intowne! They do over 1000 hot tubs per year, and now I can see why. Well done Bob’s!
Bob’s Intowne Spas was easy to work with and helped us the right spa for our needs. From the salesman, to the pickup (old hot tub), delivery, and installation, it all went smoothly and professionally.
