We had a wonderful experience all throughout our purchase with Bobs. Chris was very polite, courteous and took his time to explain things and answer our questions. Matt explained and answered our many questions about what we had to do to get ready for our new spa to be installed. The spa was delivered in the expected timeframe. The delivery crew was very carefully taking the old spa out despite the challenges they encountered and when bring our new spa in. After the Spa was in Thomas from the delivery crew explained about our spa and made surely everything was ready to go. I highly recommend Bobs for all your spa needs.

Bob's have been servicing our hot tub for more than 10 years. Always on time, always priced reasonably and always a polite, professional crew. They call when en route and finish the job in a timely manner. Recently our tub had a major freezing event (my fault) with most of the plumbing destroyed. We looked at replacing the whole tub with new but Bob's gave us a very reasonable repair cost. They could have pushed us to buy new but integrity won out over profit. Hard to find companies with that kind of honesty. Thanks.
So far very happy with our purchase and our experience. We had a small delay on our home construction and Bobs was very flexible holding onto our tub until deliver was possible. The team that sold me the tub were knowledgeable and professional. The team that delivered the tub were the same....and did a great job of installation / placement and explanation. We had a great experience with Bob's and would recommend them to anyone.

As someone with a twisted sense of humor and sarcasm, my first impression of the staff was hugely positive. Chris, the salesperson who drew the short straw that day, almost immediately impressed me with his depth of knowledge, his professionalism and most importantly(for me anyway) his quick wit and comebacks to my nonsensical attacks on his appearance, abilities or his reticence to gift me a free hot tub! His patience with my plethora of (quite possibly) mostly stupid questions was amazing. He was extremely helpful in picking out the unit that was perfect for me. My subsequent phone calls to Autumn and especially Savannah were met again with professionalism, knowledge and humor. And, the 4 guys that delivered it was the best experience ever. They treated me like I was the local mayor or something and again, answered all my questions and set the tub exactly where I was hoping it would fit. What a team...actually was amazed at how well they worked together and their great sense of humor. So now, trying to look for justification to buy another tub...of course, from Bob's Intowne Spas

Great team at Bob's; from the sales crew to the delivery crew! They were very patient with us as we needed to prep the delivery site (pad, electric) and it took a couple of months but, once complete, they delivered the tub within a couple of days.
The staff at Bob's is pro. Chris was really well informed and knowledgable, Autumn is a great communicator and kept us up to date on delivery. Matt came to assist after hookup and was able to solve a problem with urgency and accuracy. Real pleasure to deal with! I look forward to many years of interacting with these guys! Oh, by the way, the Caldera spa is perfect!
This is our third hot tub, second with Bob's. Originally we purchased in Mechanicsburg. That Spa lasted 15 years, failing because our house burned and it sat frozen through the winter and then the rebuild process. The Mechanicsburg location closed and Bob's continued to provide service from nearly 80 miles away. I worked with Chris who found a replacement spa to fit within both our limited footprint on an elevated deck and my budget. Nichole worked to coordinate the delivery and hire the crane. This spa fits my need for arthritis therapy. Happy customers indeed.
