My husband and I try to support local businesses whenever possible. We had a pump issue on Sunday. Aqua Pros was closed so we could have ordered our item on Amazon for $16.99 but it would not have arrived till Tuesday. My husband decided to wait till Monday and he would go buy it from Aqua Pros because he did not want to leave the pool not running for 2-3 days with the heat we are having. The exact item at Aqua Pros was $91.99. We had no idea it would be that much difference in price. We can't keep supporting local when they up the prices like this. Absolutely ridiculous!

We bought a used Marquis hot tub from Aqua Pros of Lynchburg. The hot tub is fabulous! It is in great shape. Sean was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and just an all-around nice guy. We never felt pressured to make a purchase. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a new or used hot tub!
Sean is the Best to deal with, he is always very helpful. As far as Delivery crew they should wait until the new hot tub is filled and everything checks out before leaving. I had to call them back because of a pump leak due to a missing nut seal. But they immediately return with the seal/gasket.
