Tama made my first hot tub purchase a very pleasurable experience and i will definitely recommend anyone who shows an interest in a hot tub to visit your store. and speak to Tama. The installation crew did an excellent job as well.
Tama was great to work with. She helped identify what features we were looking for and the best model/price point for us. Upon delivery the tub worked but one of the motors failed the next day. The service department came out next business day and replaced the failed motor. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to others as they stood by their product.

Austin Smith was outstanding during the entire process... from my initial visit to the showroom, ordering, delivery and follow-up post sale. He made sure I was informed and gave the impression I was generally cared for as a new customer. His attention to the details and help with balancing the spa water cannot be overlooked - I highly recommend Austin for any referral I may have in the future.
Very happy with our purchase. I first started working with Austin around 2021, then put things on-hold. Just could not decide on the placement. Finally in July, 2023 we went back to Austin. Great knowledge and easy to work with. Everything sold and delivered meets if not exceeds expectations.

The reason I have a hot tub right now is Austin Smith. From the moment I called him until literally 5 minutes ago, we have been in close contact. He was so unbelievably knowledgable and helpful; at one point he was helping me find a hot tub that was in my budget even when it seemed certain I could not buy from him. In fact, it made me want to find a way to afford the hot tub just because I wanted to have a contact like Austin moving forward--having him to consult on balancing the chemicals, troubleshooting, etc, is worth more than anything. I had concerns that after I made this enormous investment, I may not hear from him much, but he has proven that he cares beyond a sale. At this point, it's like having a friend who knows everything about my hot tub and just wants to see me in it and happy. I never would have made this investment, never, if it wasn't for him. You have an amazing resource in Austin, I hope you are fully aware of just how lucky you are to have him. Lastly, beyond just being super helpful, kind, and proactive, he moved mountains to make sure my hot tub was delivered on the date I wanted it, that my electrician had everything he needed, and that he was on stand by, well after his working hours were over, to be there for me on that intimidating first night where I didn't know how to operate it, sanitize it, etc. Thank you Austin, this hot tub is a game changer for me and you made it happen.

The weakest item is the Rio Model user manual. There is no mention of the operation of the lighting, and most importantly, the use of the flow diverter valves. We are still learning how they work. Can't find a video on it either.
The sales people at the Exton, PA showroom are very helpful, friendly, patient and professional. They really helped me find the right hot tub at the high price and held my hand through the entire purchase, and install. No pressure. Most importantly the company rectified a few small issues with the install immediately. They listened to my concerns and remedied the situation right away to my satisfaction. My family loves the hot tub, it helps me relax, sleep better and the steam even helps my sinuses!
Please suggest testing the tap water before set-up and filling of tub. We had to empty ours & refill having water tested to ensure correct chemicals.

Wish there was a way to separate this Review between the experience we had with Sales and what we experienced with Delivery. Sales is a solid 5 and remains so as Austin has even continued to reach out and check in with us post-delivery/install. Austin never fails to deliver a superior customer service experience. Meanwhile the Delivery (though scheduled months in advance) was a complete nightmare and it seemed as though that Team had never Delivered a Hot Tub before. They had no idea what Location the Tub was the morning of Delivery and the Delivery Team was completely unprofessional and borderline hostile. The experience was so horrendous with the Delivery that, If not for Micah who lead the Installation, we likely would have Cancelled the Order entirely and done business elsewhere regardless of Cost or Timeline. The experience we had with the Valet Service was equally disappointing as the Tech that arrived was not sure how the Chemical Reaction impacts the Rubber Seals of the Covana Cover and even added Chlorine to already properly balanced Bromine System.

Austin was amazing from first visit to Showroom throughout Post-Delivery and remains a valued Resource for Guidance and Customer Service. With the exception of Micah, the Delivery Crew was Horrendously Unprofessional and Hostile. Valet Service (Chris) was less than knowledgeable and unsure of what to do or what he had already done to the Spa while which for a New Owner is quite concerning and the opposite of why someone would Pay to have the Valet Service.
We love our sauna, use it on a daily basis. We couldn't have asked for better service from Tama. Very LGBTQ friendly and respectful. Didn't try to upsell. Love it!
Danielle was so helpful in the process of picking out and purchasing our hot tub. She was not a pushing sales person at all. She said it like it was and I really liked that about her. She offered what she had and was very knowledgable about the products. A pleasure to work with. And even after buying the hot tub she is always there to answer my questions via phone/ email.

Our hot tub came on Dec. 23rd during severe cold weather (5 degrees) and unit heater broke. Did not function for another week after delivery due to cold weather. Service was good.

The tub started leaking the first week after installation. A service tech came out A WEEK after this was reported and then we heard NOTHING. Dean Niedrist took 10 days to answer the request. A new hot tub was delivered, Dean was attempting to give us a showroom model. We have had no issues since receiving the new tub. Customer service was awful, very disappointed in the whole experience

We had emailed with no response, so we reached out to FinnLeo. Shortly after, Tama called us back, worked with us online and helped us purchase our lovely sauna. The delivery crew was quick and professional. Great work by all!

This is our 3rd hot tub from Spring Dance.
We entered the store shortly before closing time and William immediately offered his assistance. He was wonderful, including having a great personality to an expansive knowledge and everything in between. We decided to purchase the hot tub on our way home and paid in full the next day by phone with William. That’s how impressed we were. We were able to enjoy our hot tub within 48 hours from delivery. (Last night😊). It was sublime.

Was so excited to get my first hot tub. Received it on Thursday, crew was visibly tired. I was the 4th set up of the day. I was assured it was "ready to go". I had the electrician hookup the dedicated line Saturday. Filled the tub and nothing. Plugged it in and it was "air locked", motor ran no jets. Called for service - they came out fast - Monday AM. Got it working told me how to avoid air locks, left it running and heating up. Tuesday AM - still not heated to 100. Almost 24 hours later and still not above 93 degree's. It 80 outside - this is not right, and now my patio is wet, so must be a leak somewhere. Not happy. Called and left a message for service again. Waiting.....
My husband and I think Spring Dance Hot Tubs can’t be beat in inventory, quality and salesmanship. Austin is by far the best sales associate I have ever worked with! He is knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to answer all our questions in person and via phone. We would absolutely recommend and purchase again from Spring Dance.

Great all the way around. AUSTIN was amazing, great personality, professional and very knowledgeable. The only negative thing I can say is that the stand that we ordered was not delivered on the same day as the hot tub due to not being in stock, which we did not know when delivered, so this is disappointing since we need help to get in and out of hot tub. We are now waiting till they call us so this can be delivered and we have to drain the hot tub to get it installed. However, all in all a good experience with Spring Dance Hot tubs. We are loving our hot tub.
I order the Martinique in Java Cabinet and Desert Shell, but my tub was Java and Artic White. I did not notice until later that day. It's still great and relaxing.

Purchased two hand rails-one broken in transit-will be replaced when filled up again next April-also light not work on existing handrail Would recommend the Tahitian model and salt water system. Took delivery of hot tub, and had an issue with the cover popping up. Spring Dance was extremely responsive and kindly work with us to insure fixed which took a few adjustments and visits back out to service the tub.

Andy and delivery team and electrician (referred) were knowledgeable and very easy to work with from initial showroom visit thru the hot tub being placed and fully operational. We had a challenging delivery location but it was handled perfectly. The hot tub, jettsetter lx is easy to operate and maintain. Love the salt water system and how stable and easy the water is to maintain with minimal chemicals. Would recommend brand and store.

Jerry recommended an electrician (Mike Reynolds) and a contractor for the smart deck (Golden Brothers) that both were fabulous and so quick to finish work to prep and finish the installation. Having those people made the experience really valuable.

Our experience with Spring Dance was outstanding. We initially stopped in the Jacuzzi shop across the street from your Exton store. After visiting Spring Dance and spending some time with Austin, we had no doubt whatsoever that we wanted to work with him and your team.

We bought our hot tub over the phone, because we knew there was a low stock of Hotspring Prism nationwide. We spoke to Cheryl in January, and she reserved our Prism for a great price. Total purchase experience was excellent. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Delivery personnel were also excellent and provided useful info to get started. Due to poorly written manuals, had to make numerous calls to office. Response was excellent, friendly and useful. The manuals, more than one, were confusing and redundant. Information that was necessary was severely lacking in detail and information that was not so useful was abundant. The manuals need to be redone. One manual, covering all aspects. For example, gave parameters on chemical balancing but lacked detail on what to do if out of range.
Danielle was wonderful throughout the purchasing experience, and has been quick to respond to my questions. I'm rating the overall experience at a 4 because I'm struggling to get the water levels right, and I don't feel like I was adequately prepared for this process. I've received multiple different (sometimes conflicting) feedback, didn't have all the chemicals I needed to get off on the right foot (had to order phosphate remover and heavy metal remover from Amazon--it's not here yet). I'm hoping to get on the right track soon and love my hot tub for years to come.

Staff at Store did a nice job to present the hot tub, functionality etc. Final Delivery was just OK. Felt very rushed and at later found out hot tub was not placed in the correct position for electric though everything was set up correctly. No followup after the purchase. Seems focused on the sale and then left on own to figure it out.

While we had a bit of a wait to receive our hot tub, Spring Dance had a quicker turnaround window than most other shops we spoke with previously. When we inquired about the electricity needs so the electrician could set us up correctly for delivery we were told a designated 50amp line. What wasn't explained is that while that is true, it needs to breakers on for 20 amp and one for 30 amp. On the morning of delivery the delivery crew informed us it was wrong. They did bring us the box needed but it did mean our electrician had to redo the work he already had in place.

Overall we are very happy and it was a good experience. However, our delivery date was pushed off a few month due to the pandemic. Though we totally understand the mass delays of pretty much everything the pandemic has caused, there should still be a commitment to the customer and they should be able to chase down dates or timeframes of when things will be delivered. Our sales person was very nice and helped us out as much as she could and we appreciate all her hard work :)

Outstanding company, quality, and customer service. The first impression, their showroom, was superior to any other place we visited. That was our first clue. The customer service was the most professional we experienced. Tama was dedicated, knowledgeable, and friendly. Just looking at the quality of exterior of their hot tubs tells you all that you need to know. The delivery men, frankly, were off the charts! Loved them! Very professional men. The delivery date, well, it was a couple of months late but it is what it is. Unfortunately it's mid summer so honestly, it did matter. I guess good things are worth waiting for. My final note...I wondered what the quality of the jets would be. Would they be strong enough or adjustable? Would it be as comfortable as I thought once it had water in it? The answer to both is yes. All jets were adjustable in so many ways, were Very strong, and the comfort was well thought out. Kudos to the designers for thinking about the fact that everyone is a different size and height. Their design includes foot rests in many places so smaller people can also enjoy the tub without floating away. Also, the "walls" of the tub were low enough that I don't feel submerged. I can see over the edges. We LOVE our hot so thank you Tama....Thank you designer and delivery men and thank you Spring Dance. We hope this review serves you as well as you served us.
Tama was the best! She knows all the inventory, heard my needs (I'm short, I float up in deep tubs and I have a bad neck) - and walked straight to the right tub for us. She is fun to work with, helped me deal with a challenging permit situation and did it all with a smile and a laugh. Her customer service is A+++

It started off slow with not getting the correct cover but they finally came through and I love my spa. It took a while to get my correct cover due to Covid putting everything on a waiting list. That was frustrating but I don’t feel that was Spring Dances fault. They did provide me with a temporary cover while waiting for the correct cover. The delivery guys were awesome and placed the spa exactly where I wanted it in fast time. Getting it up running was quick and easy and I use it just about every day. As of now I’m very satisfied. Stop reading and just by a Hot Springs hot tub from Spring dance. Yes, you will pay a bit more if you by a Hot Springs hot tub at Spring Dance, it is well worth it. The staff is incredible, and can explain the differences between hot tubs, and why one feature is better (or worse) than another. They even have a full showroom, so you can see what you are buying (as opposed to so many other places that only have an empty room). Their delivery people are great, and are able to get the hot tub to exactly where you want it (which isn't easy when the hot tub weighs close to 1,000 pounds, is nine feet on a side, and has to be taken down a hill). They were on time and courteous. What more can you ask for? We shopped at several other places. There is a reason we bought at Spring Dance. Even though it cost a bit more.
The hot tub is beautiful, great quality & priced accordingly. My only comment is that during the sale I was told that the day it was installed the crew would have it completely set up when they left. They did leave an instruction sheet but being a first time user/buyer of a hot tub I was disappointed that I had to do this myself. I'm still trying to work through the on-line manual to make sure I am doing everything properly.

I was told I would get a refund for the circuit breaker since I already had one installed. Also the cover was to be replaced since holes were drilled into it in the wrong location. This has not happened yet. Otherwise all went well. I am very satisfied with the spa.

I thought Greg was great as were your installers. My only issue is that no one ever showed us how to operate the tub as the installers left before it had water in it. That would have been ok it Greg had then taken the time to come out but I have had trouble tracking him down. THere is a big learning curve with this product and more education is needed upfront.

We've dealt with Spring Dance for over 10 years in servicing an ancient hot tub that had been gifted to us. They never hesitated to deliver prompt, friendly service and competitively priced parts. So when we purchased a new tub, there was no question of from whom we would purchase it. Show room associate Danielle was very knowledgeable and attentive. Delivery took longer than estimated, but the delivery crew headed by Cameron did a superb job and were more than giving in their attempt to satisfy us as to positioning and use. We had a little trouble with start up and priming but were guided through it virtually by Spring Dance reps. All in all it was a very positive experience. We love our tub and use it almost every day year round.

I am a little upset. I thought we got a new hot tub. We paid $10,000 for a 2012? That's what the tag says. No one gave us a users guide. Looked up manual online. Our tub has newer options at the same price.

Spring Dance is a quality experience from beginning to end. Austin was amazing at answering every absurd question we had and ensuring we didn't settle and got exactly what we were hoping for! Our delivery was delayed which was disappointing but Spring Dance worked with us to make it a 1 week delay instead of a 3 week delay which we were extremely grateful for. The delivery team was hilarious, very knowledgeable and clearly cared about making sure we had no concerns.

The service girl that set up the delivery was every bit the professional and personable associate that you could hope for. Today the delivery came of my new Tub and mind you it was pouring rain all day. The three guys on the truck were as professional and fun to deal with as anyone could ask for. They left no stone unturned and went through the process with me even in the pouring rain. (Please let their supervisor know this). If you are curious as to why I say all these things it is simple. I spent 20 years of my life trying to hire the very people your company has managed to employ, not an easy task. They should be proud.

Great experience. We were shown all hot tubs on display and the difference in each.
Our experience was not great. The salesman did an awesome job but ince teh order was placed it was pretty much crickets. We had to call c=several times for status update on an estimated date of delivery. Once we finally got a confirmed delivery date, after several calls the delivery went as planned. However, there was a problem with the electrician we used to install the box and the unit kept shutting down. The delivery team did give us instructions on how to test, etc. but this was not as easy as it seemed. The books are not very helpful in explaining the process. Andrew said he was going to stop over to help review the instructions, but he did not. He did send a technician out to help with a lighting problem and a issue with the control screen which he replaced. He also helped and offered to answer questions. We are satisfied with the product so far, but we not at all pleased with the support from sales while awaiting delivery. We understand that with COVID production was interrupted but we should have been given updates about the delays. We feel that once the sale was signed and a 50% deposit was collected we were a done deal. Not a great experience overall.

Went to the showroom with some advance research on spa requirements already done. Sales staff addressed my concerns about salt vs. fresh water options. Explained shortcoming of previous hot tub and were shown why newer models had addressed those issues. Wood rot and mice infestation were big concerns that were addressed on new purchase.

New hot tub shut off two hours after the electrician left on a Friday afternoon. Spring Dance sent their mechanic 7:30 the next morning.

Greg is a great salesperson. My wife and I just went in looking and to learn more. We were armed with a ton of questions and Greg was very honest about what to expect when owning a spa. We put down a refundable deposit, then tried it out the next weekend, and bought. Didn't seem pressured during the whole process.

I was told my delivery would be in 4 to 5 weeks. It was more like 10 weeks! At the time of my delivery (that was very late) Springdance didn't know where my swimspa was...it was in transit...they told me first St Louis...then another city...then they didn't know where it was OR where the delivery person was? I was given three different delivery dates...they were not able to honor them. The delivery truck drove over my lawn making the delivery! It was pouring rain...and grass was ruined by the crane and delivery truck! Sales was fine...but they should not promise what they cannot keep. Delivery service needs a a LOT of work.

The HotSpring Envoy is a hit. Great for my wife and I for hydrotherapy and relaxation, and the teenage kids enjoy entertaining. It's a complicated tub, the remote and the adjustable jets and the sidewall dials allow for a customized and relaxing soak in every seat.

I bought a floor model because I was told it would be quicker ( wasn't much quicker) delivery guy told me to use less salt then my tub needed. I wound up us all the salt they provided to get the tub system to say it was okay and the strips to be good. But soon there after the system keeps going blinking yellow and I keep needing to shock the tub with chlorine which shouldn't be needed for a salt system tub. And they came to look at the tub when I was not home and my young daughter was home alone and I told them specifically not to come unless I was home since my 17 year old daughter is afraid of strangers The salt system is still not working properly And I keep needing to add chlorine. And they dropped off the towel stand that I ordered and it looks not properly put together because it doesn't stand balanced keeps falling over. Cheap piece of crap that costs way to much All over horrible experience and the tub is definitely not worth the 18K it costs. Buyer beware

We owned a Sundance tub for 14 years and the experience was excellent. We purchased a jetsetter Springdance. We dislike everything about it and get a different answer each time we talk to someone. Call and pay? Maintenance is a NIGHTMARE. Tub recommended and pushed to us is not meeting expectations from several perspectives. $2K for valet? and that doesn't help!

Purchased a Grandee for a second home on Long Beach Isle. In first 2 weeks of operation, having temp issues and already was forced to pay $500 to empty and ?estact? tub that manufacturer should have paid. Company that installed it does not offer maintenance along the beach but salesman said they did. Now I can't find a service (maint. company) because I didn't buy from them. Unhappy client so far.

Chase ensured there was no damage to our existing structure and that the tube was a perfect fit. The hot tub has been installed and running without an issue, we love the salt water system. Bob installed our blue tooth speakers and took his time to review how the systems work and the best settings for our use.

Everyone we dealt with was great. My big problem was that I was told that we'd be able to just plug this tub in to our existing tub outlet. Not so. We have had the tub a few weeks and it sits empty while we wait for an electrician to come to wire a 220 line for the tub. Having to have an electrician install the tub would not have been a deal breaker, but it seemed a bit disingenuous to lead us to believe that there would be no trouble with installation. If the salesman does not know that a 220 line is recommended by the manufacturer then he should learn that fact so as not to mislead a customer as we were misled. What a disappointment to find that our existing plug was not recommended.
