They have talked me through any issues or questions I had concerning chemicals and keeping the swim spa operating properly. When ordering supplies, delivery is always very prompt. When scheduling service we’re always amazed at how quickly they schedule as well as letting us know about changes that may come up and keeping in touch with the exact arrival time to expect them. Technicians have been very knowledgeable and helpful with maintenance tips we may not know about. Our family thoroughly enjoys our swim spa all year round!!!! From sale to installation top notch experience.
My install team did a very good job. They thoroughly explained the chemical process and overall were very courteous in their set up. My only complaints came in that mine was a display model and multiple components had been disconnected. My install was on a Friday afternoon, and after approximately two hours of running, the temperature was not going up. I called in about a half an hour before closing and got a girl named autumn on the phone. She was absolutely not interested in assisting me with my problem (it was Friday near closing time) and told me that no tub will heat without a cover on and I just needed to give it five or six hours. I repeatedly explained to her that the Jacuzzi was indoors and had been running with the heat supposedly on for two hours, and had not changed a single degree. I further told her that the install crew had found multiple things disconnected. I was pretty annoyed with her being handy. I decided to open up the control panel and quickly found out that the heating element was disconnected from the control board. I fixed it and had significant heat within 15 minutes. I was kind of surprised that nobody from the company called to follow up with me the following week to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction. I’m very happy with the unit, I was happy with my install crew, but I’m not sure how ongoing customer service service and technical assistance is going to be when I really need it.

I did all my research on what hot tub I was interested in and was prepared when I walked into Bob's that if the price was right I was purchasing a new hot tub! The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. We got a great deal on a wonderful hot tub and were out the door in no time. Savannah was amazing to work with. Delivery went off without a hitch and they took my old tub away. Showed us how to do everything step by step before they left and responsive to any questions we had even after they left. We have been enjoying our tub ever since!!

We had a pretty good experience, with Bobs. I just wish I had asked more questions and communicated better how I want my hot tub positioned. Overall I would recommend friends and family looking for a hot tub to Bob’s.

He was able to answer all of our questions about the different models and features available. John and the install team did an incredible job setting up our new spa quickly and efficiently, making sure everything was done properly from start to finish. His attention to detail showed in the final product which looks amazing in our backyard now! Quality of tub cover is junk. Insatler tore the Styrofoam panel off staples and all without securley attaching it back in place. Very appointed in this purchase

We have wanted a spa for years. We spent countless hours researching different brands online and visited numerous local dealers looking for the best “bang for our buck” and we decided to go with a master spa from Bob’s Intowne spas and we couldn’t be more pleased with our decision. We feel we got the exact features we wanted at a price that was well below what we were quoted at other local spa dealers for similar tubs. We even toyed with the idea of getting a spa from the big box store and having it delivered curbside, so glad we didn’t go that route. Jeff did not try to talk us into a more expensive spa. He sold us exactly what we wanted. Delivery was exactly when they said it would be and they answered every question thrown at them and as first time spa owners we had a few. The precision 7 is the model we chose and it’s perfect. Everything we need and nothing we don’t. The number of jets are perfect. It has a water feature and lots of lights, even the cup holders light up, although we do wish it had maybe one more but the edges are flat and wide enough so no problem. We have had the spa for a few weeks now and no issues at all. The delivery crew left us all the chemicals we needed and very detailed instructions. They were very detail oriented and made sure I was completely satisfied with everything before they left.Since installation I’ve called Bob’s once to ask a question about the control panel functions and they answered all my questions right away. We can’t be more happy with our spa. Thank you

Great place to purchase a spa! They did an excellent job of keeping us in the loop when our hot tub was delayed. When it was time to install, they were very efficient and did it in a timely manner. They were more then informative at explaining how to up keep our spa and take care of it. When we called with a question 2 weeks later they were able to help us over the phone right away.

These guys are the best. One of the only spa dealers near me that were smart enough during the pandemic to keep in-store inventory so that you can physically select your spa. Our experience with Bob's was very good. Understandably, there were delays because of the pandemic. However, we were given misleading timeframes more than once. After the spa arrived at Bob's from the manufacturer, communication was excellent and the installation crew was professional and precise. Derek explained everything very well. Overall, we would recommend Bob's Intowne Spas.

We purchased a spa back in June. The staff was very friendly and had a no pressure approach to sales. We appreciated them encouraging us to sit in the spas to get a feel of the various sizes. When we asked to do a wet test, they were very accommodating. Tom took time and answered all of our questions and we had a ton! The delivery guys, Derek, Korey and Justin were very professional. They were able to get the tub set up and started for us. Again, they did not rush us and patiently answered our questions. After installation, I had an electrical problem and they sent a technician out that day. Turned out to be a problem for our electrician and not with the tub. The only part of our experience I would change is the wait for the tub to be built. With the shutdown due to COVID, manufacturing was held up. If you're thinking of purchasing a tub, I would suggest to do it sooner than later!

We purchased the Twilight TS240 from Bob's. The salesperson, Chris, showed us the spa and answered all of our questions. He also set up the delivery and recommended an excellent electrician, Scott Dixon, to perform the electrical work. The delivery crew that installed the hot tub were hard working and very professional. Darby explained everything to me about the chemical/care of the spa. They also took care to hide the electrical connection. Overall an excellent experience.
In the midst of the Covid pandemic, we decided a great diversion would be a spa. Went to Bob's early after businesses reopened, and picked a spa and date for delivery. Prepped the patio, upped the electric, and today the spa was delivered. Very personable staff. Arrived on time, and with "heads up" for when to expect them. We had a little snaffu, but Bob's rectified everything, and the tub is full and heating up. They made the best of everyone's situation right now, and were easy to work with. Also helped with setting up financing. Totally recommend them. Up front and honest, and responsive.

I love my vita spa. Bobs Intowne spas was excellent . The sales person was excellent showing us the different options based upon our needs. They delivered when they said they would. They called before arriving to let us know they were on there way. The delivery was excellent. They removed my old tub and installed the new in record time. They we’re knowledgeable about the spa and showed me how to operate everything. The delivery team was also very courteous and nice. I would buy from bobs again because they have a customer for life.

We are delighted with our swim spa! While it is very large, it has created exercise opportunities for us we only dreamed about. We are so glad that we chose the model with the separate heated spa. My delivery on Friday, 9 August 2019 with Darby, Derek, Korey, and Darrien was fantastic. The each crew member was very professional, knowledgeable on moving the spa's in and out without incident, and most of very kind to me. They arrive on time and was ready for Darling and Daughters water truck when it arrive. This was my second go around with one of Bob's Intowne Spas and very pleased with all three services (Sales, Services, and Delivery). Chris in Services and Justin in Delivery interacted with me before delivery to ensure the deck area was ready for the new spa.

He sold me a spa based on my needs and finances, while other dealers we went to were trying to put us in what they had in stock. We had to order because of the color, but he kept me notified weekly of the process. Come delivery day, Darby, Derek, and Korey could not have been any more professional. They were careful not only in protecting the tub from damage, but also the deck and gate. They were friendly and courteous, and moved it a few times to make sure it was exactly where I wanted it. Looking for options in hot tubs, I attended a “Bobs” weekend spa expo in Carlisle. Sales folks were great, they took the time to explain the difference in spas, how the controls work, and just overall ownership and benefits of hydro therapy. The experience (No high pressure shenanigans) was fantastic, as you can actually see some of the spas operating. I would recommend to future spa owners and I would buy again from Bobs. I received a call the next day for delivery options, set the date, received a call on delivery day when Darby, Derrick, Don, and Korey were about an hour away (Great courtesy). DDDK arrived, introduced themselves and got right down to business of getting my new spa up and running, while providing a tutorial on its operation and maintenance.

It took us some time to make the final purchase but the whole time Mike the salesman was there for us. Sales team was very knowledgeable and helpful. The showroom provided a good amount of spa options for us. Our delivery date was set when purchases but a day later they called and asked if we wanted delivery earlier due to a cancellation, which was a nice follow up. The delivery crew called in advance to let us know when they would be arriving. They arrived on time as expected. It was raining but they were very friendly and happy to make the delivery. The team did a great job offloading, placing and setting up our spa. The overview discussion of the spa, chemicals and how it works was very helpful. They also did a great job completely cleaning the spa inside and out before filling it up. Cleaned up everything and left me feeling confident on our purchase. I walk into the showroom in sloppy work cloths and was greeted like a human . Stephen certainly didn’t judge us based on appearance like so many other companies do . I told him my concerns and my ideas and he sold us on a very nice unit . Day of delivery what a morning . Derrick, Darby and Tim were faced with pouring rain, a very tough placement and so many variables you couldn’t imagine . These guys came in , smiling and just made the job effortless and fast. We were placed, filled and chemicals in place within an hour of there arrival. We were amazed. These guys by far made this process enjoyable and painless. Delivery Team did an excellent job of navigating some obstacles. They were frustrated, but managed to stay positive and comical. Enjoyed them(and now the Hot Tub) very much.
Stephen gave me a good deal on a small 2 person Amour Vita Spa. He remembered me from a year earlier, was extremely professional and knew what he was talking about. This is my 3rd spa. My most recent lasted 14 years indoors and this one is made by the same company. Derek, Tim & Darby delivered it down a hill through my yard and into my house in the rain. Surprisingly they did not ruin the yard and did not make a mess. It was in and set up without any trouble. These guys are strong and know what they are doing. The spa itself needed a little work so that it would not spray out over but I figured it out and am happy with it. If it was just 2 inches deeper it would have been made perfectly and would have still fit through the door. I rigged up a splash guard and put some linoleum around the back and one side. In 14 years I will go back for another. I also recommend getting the 10 extra air jets for $450. They are worth it and make the tub much more powerful.
This unit replaced a Hot Springs Spa bought 18 years ago from this location. I did shop around at other dealers but came back to Bob's. Justin was over the top with his customer service. If I was to buy another, Justin would be my go-to. If you are in the market to shop or buy, don't miss Bob's York store.

Have bought TWO H2X SwimSpas from Bob’s – a 15’& 12’, most recently the 12’. This was a complicated order, as it was while my new house was being built, had to be incorporated into a deck, and yard was still mud (late winter) when delivery planned! Bob’s staff worked hard to deal with the complexity, and made numerous special arrangements to install and ‘electrify’ my Wonderful SwimSpa! Kudos esp to Stephan in M’bg store!
We have owned a hot tub for 30 years, and were looking to upgrade. Stopped in at Bob's on a Sat morning and had the privilege of meeting with Stephen, who was very thorough and informative. He worked out figures and gave us a great deal on a floor model. What helped to us pull the trigger was that the Maax spa is MADE IN AMERICA!! Most other hot tubs from other companies are made in Mexico. Throughout the whole process of selling our old tub and helping to move it to our garage for the buyers, Bob's staff was amazing. Jesse and his crew were professional, friendly, and knew their stuff. Jesse sat with us and reviewed the chemicals, and the features of the new hot tub. Would highly recommend Bob's.

We shopped around before buying our spa from Bob's. We got far and away the best price. They were fantastic to deal with as we had delays in building the new deck that caused us to postpone delivery twice. During installation one of the corner covers cracked, it happens. They pointed it out to me (I probably wouldn't have noticed) and sent someone out to replace it promptly.
We purchased our spa a couple of years ago when we lived in PA, the prices were great and the people who work there are so knowledgeable about the equipment and what you need. We moved to VA just last year and I called to order a filter hoping that they could ship it to me, I was able to order it and received it within a few days. We love our spa!
